The programme consists of 4 different adult classes per week as well as being complimented by tutorial videos to learn and practice steps, movements and sequences.
The programme is suitable for adult beginners, mid level dancers, up to more competent adult dancers.
The Ballet Dance At Home Programme for adults will help you:

• increase self-esteem
• improve mental well-being
• improve flexibility
• gain co-ordination & improve posture
• improve musicality …and of course learn your ballet whilst literally being able ‘to dance like no one is watching’ in your own home at your own speed.
• 1x weekly Ballet Stretch Class (x4 per month)
• 1x weekly Traditional Ballet (level 3-5) Class (x4 per month)
• 1x weekly Traditional Ballet (level 5-6) Class (x4 per month)
• 1x weekly LIVE Barre Fitness Class (x4 per month)
• Unlimited access to the recordings and playback of all classesi
Ideal if you are a beginner or if you need a refresher on a certain step.
The meal plan will be prepared on the basis of your food tastes, taking into account your allergies, intolerances and any pathologies.
